Quality and Food Safety Officer - Officer

Qualifications :

   •   Education:  Bachelor’s Degree holder in Microbiology and Food Technology or its equivalent.

   •   Work Experience:  At least 1 year experience in Quality Assurance in food manufacturing industry. Experience in Microbiological analysis and Good Laboratory Practices (GLP) is an advantage.

   •   Training:  HACCP or other Food Safety-related trainings

Competencies :

   •   Knowledgeable in Microsoft Office applications like Word, Excel, Powerpoint, & Outlook.

   •   Knowledgeable in basic office administration.

   •   Knowledgeable in the different government processes and requirements.

   •   Knowledge of principles and practices in food safety system (HACCP), HALAL, KOSHER, ISO 9001

   •   Good written and verbal communication skills


Account Executive - Supervisor

Qualifications :

   •   Education:  Equivalent to a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management and Administration / Tourism / Hotel & Restaurant Management / Airline Administration or a related field from a reputable college or university.

   •   Work Experience:  At least 3 years experience in Sales / Account Management. Work experience from a food or catering industry with basic knowledge in industrial catering industry is an advantage.

   •   Training:  - Basic training in the Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points and safety procedures.

                         - Service Excellence and Customer Satisfaction training.

                         - Basic training and knowledge in the ISO / IFCA / IFSA standards.

Competencies :

   •   Knowledge in the basic skills in sales and customer service as well as comprehension of the intricacies of the catering business is an advantage.

   •   Knowledge in industrial catering and production processes is an advantage.

   •   Record keeping

   •   Excellent Computer software literacy (ie. MS Word, MS Excel and Presentation)

   •   Good communication and interpersonal skills

   •   English proficient

   •   Excellent negotiating skills

   •   Ability to grasp work situation and draw sound conclusions


Kitchen Assistant - Skilled

Qualifications :

   •   Education:  a. At least 2nd year college undergraduate of any course or is a graduate of 2 years vocational course in a related field (ie. HRA, HRM, Culinary, etc.); or

                             b. High school graduate having completed

                                1. apprenticeship program in MACS (6 months training in either Cookery or Bread and Pastry); or

                                2. has completed a minimum of six (06) months training in any culinary course and acquired a minimum of 250 hours training in MACS.

   •   Work Experience:  At least 3 years work experience and at least 2 years experience of the same position in the catering, hospitality industry

   •   Training:  Operations/ production flow – basic equipment operation, Safety briefing, Company rules and regulations

   •   Licensure or Certification :  Advantage if with related TESDA NC II certificate

Competencies :

   •   Operations Planning

   •   Personnel Management

   •   HACCP

   •   Basic Computer skills in a Microsoft Windows environment. Must include Excel and demonstrated skills in database management and record keeping.

   •   Good written and verbal communication skills


Company Nurse - Senior Specialist

Qualifications :

   •   Education:  Bachelor’s Degree holder in nursing.

   •   Work Experience:  At least 1 year experience as a hospital nurse/ company nurse (for SO2). At least 2 year experience in OHS (for SO3).

   •   Licensure or Certification :  Registered Nurse

Competencies :

   •   Knowledge in occupational health & safety standards of the Philippines, HMO administration.

   •   Excellent computer skills in a Microsoft Windows environment.

   •   Record keeping.

   •   Report and presentation writing

   •   Good written and verbal communication skills


Ramp Driver - Senior Specialist

Qualifications :

   •   Education:  2nd year college level or a graduate of Tech. / Vocational course in Automotive Or at least 3-5 yrs work experience in in-flight catering services preferably on Ramp Operations department.

   •   Work Experience:  At least a year of experience in operating food loader trucks or alike.

   •   Training:  At least six (6) months undergone training of Hi-loader truck operation.

   •   Licensure or Certification :  Valid Professional license (LTO). Technical / Vocational school (Diploma or Certification)

Competencies :

   •   Job Knowledge & Familiarity with Aircraft types, Galleys, equipment and food specification.

   •   Ability to carry out vehicle trouble shooting.

   •   Good communication skills/reporting

   •   Possesses ability to grasp work situation and draw sound conclusions.

   •   Driving skills
